Prerequisites for attending:
None. This Workshop is a paradigm buster. It is like nothing
that has been offered in the last 15 years regarding Lean
Manufacturing. It is intended to get the participants to
look at Lean Manufacturing aligned with Business
Intelligence strategies. Before attending the workshop we
suggest you go out and just take a good look at your
operations and what you know about their current performance
and hold those thoughts until the fun begins in the

Workshop Description:
It’s about learning to see KPI performance in time to do
something constructive about it using Lean principles. These
concepts apply everywhere. From Return on Investment at the
Shareholder level, all the way down to performance to Takt
time at a particular machine or assembly operation, and
everything in between, Lean Business Intelligence (LBI)
principles apply. Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations,
Administrative and Technical processes can all take
advantage of these Lean tools. In every business there could
be as many as a thousand KPIs that need to be under control
and within tolerance at all times to generate and grow
profits, produce quality products, ship on time and keep
customers delighted. Las Vegas Lean techniques will show you
how to accomplish these goals.
There are Lean BI techniques and tools being used in Las
Vegas operations that maintain a watchful eye on all the
KPIs simultaneously, across multiple properties, multiple
machines, multiple labor grades, varied products and
disciplines.
The executive, middle management, analysts/engineers and
front line supervisors can see what each of their key
metrics are doing at any time, across any time period and
